Where are your handpans made?

All our handpans are 100% made in the US, and shipped from our warehouse in California.

Are there other scales or note options available?

Since all our handpans are made by hand, we are limited in terms of the number of units that we can produce, so we focus on 1 scale/note option per collection.

At the moment, we only offer a 9-tone D Kurd in retail, but more options are expected to be added soon.

What material are your handpans made from?

Our handpans are made from stainless steel.

This makes them resistant to rust, scratching, and overall easier for maintenance.

How soon can I get my handpan?

Standard shipping time is 5-8 business days while the order processing time takes 2-4 business days.

Minor shipping delays can occur (although rarely) due to increased demand, especially during holiday season.

How do I care for my handpan?

Use a soft, lint-free cloth to remove fingerprints and dust when needed. and apply a light coat of a handpan-specific oil or a non-corrosive, natural oil like coconut oil every few months to protect its surface.

If you notice any serious changes in any of these aspects, your instrument is liable to repairs or replacement covered by warranty.

The 5 year warranty does not apply to any conditions caused by improper handling of the instrument such as accidental drops, bumps, scratches, etc.
